✅ Returns

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Certain items such as digital products, gift cards, and clearance items are non-returnable.

✅ Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees (unless the item is defective or wrong).

✅ Exchanges

• If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately.

• We will cover the shipping costs and send you a replacement free of charge.
