Order & Return Policy

At Atlier, we want you to shop with confidence. Every product you order is carefully packed and shipped with care. Still, if something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered.


🛒 Orders

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email with your order details right after purchase.

  • Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your package.

  • Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, they may already be processed for shipping.


🔄 Returns (Physical Products)

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Products like personal care items, intimate wear, or clearance sale items cannot be returned for hygiene/safety reasons.

  • Customer pays for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable.


🔁 Exchanges

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will replace it free of charge.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
